The CarePoint Foundation, Inc., is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization serving Hudson County, New Jersey and the surrounding area. The CarePoint Foundation was incorporated in May of 2011.

Golf Outing Fundraiser
The CarePoint Foundation Board of Trustees consist of a dedicated team of community leaders working together to fulfill our vision and mission by supporting the Hudson County community and surrounding area.
Every year, the CarePoint Foundation hosts a gala fundraiser which generates charitable dollars to support various initiatives, programs and services within our community.

Dear Friends,
We wanted to take this opportunity to share with you a little bit about The CarePoint Foundation and the great work that we do. Our community-based foundation, established in 2011, raises funds to support programs that improve the health and well-being of the vulnerable to create healthier living in the community.
The CarePoint Foundation, through its donations to nonprofit organizations, has participated in countless projects to improve the quality of life of thousands of individuals in Hudson County and the surrounding area.
Some of the partnerships we’ve had include Saint Peter’s University, United Way of Hudson County, Partnership For A Drug-Free New Jersey, and The Waterfront Project to name a few.
