The CarePoint Foundation, Inc., is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization serving Hudson County, New Jersey and the surrounding area. The CarePoint Foundation was incorporated in May of 2011.
OUR MISSION
Mission
The mission of CarePoint Foundation, Inc., is to strengthen access to care for the uninsured and underinsured residents of Hudson County and the surrounding area. The CarePoint Foundation supports programs that improve the health and well-being of the vulnerable to create healthier living in the community. The CarePoint Foundation collaborates with community partners to offer health education and prevention services whose missions are aligned with ours. We believe together we can be more effective in finding solutions to the underlying causes of health disparities and address gaps in health care services for those in need. Through its fund-raising efforts, The CarePoint Foundation generates charitable dollars and makes strategic grants to support programs and services that advance its mission. These grants will be made to help other non-profit organizations in the community to help support their own mission and programs.

Vision
The CarePoint Foundation envisions a community where all populations, including the vulnerable, have access to high-quality health care and support services. The CarePoint Foundation will be a community leader by building strategic partnerships to enhance and expand programs that effectively educate and eliminate barriers for the population we serve. We will be the catalyst for building a legacy of caring through philanthropic effort and outreach programs.
